As an independent privately owned company we have your best interest at heart, therefore we keep our fees low to increase your savings. Here you will find all the relevant information with regards to the fees that we charge. We want the whole process to run smoothly for you so we keep our fees simple and we’ll be here to help you every step of the way.

Letting & Fully Managed

10% + VAT of the gross rent for full term of tenancy, plus £150 +VAT (£180) initial set up fee.

Additional Fees

The below fees apply for both the services that we provide:

Optional Full Photographic Inventory £80 + VAT

The above is a full summary of the fees we charge for the whole duration of the tenancy. There are no hidden costs. Prices quoted are confirmed from our Trades People and there are no additional Agency costs to you. The Full Photographic Inventory is highly recommended as it gives a full and accurate description of the property before it is let out.

Early Termination of Contract:

If the Full Management is taken and you give us notice to terminate that service within the first six months of the tenancy, you must on termination pay an amount equal to the fee for the Let Only service (£500).

Fees and Charges applicable to Tenants

Termination:

Should you wish to terminate this agreement during the preparation of the tenancy where it has been agreed "Subject To Let" then a fee will be due from you immediately.

Lost Security Items:

Replacement keys or electric fobs will be charged at the going rate.

Out of Hours Service:

Where actions of the tenant result in the agent attending the property, time to remedy the situation is charged at £25.

Unpaid Rent/Returned Payment:

Interest calculated at 5% above Bank of England Base Rate from due date.
